Felix is the initiator of TOAC. He started it based on the belief that operator-angels play a vital role in the European tech ecosystem. Yet, unlike Silicon Valley, the pool of active angel investors in Europe who have real, first-hand experience building startups is small. This has been a significant barrier to European growth and a problem because early-stage founders are forced to fill cap tables with investors who are useless at best and destructive at worst.
